Most of us weren't born with a silver spoon in our mouths. What I mean by that, is we hit the ground running as soon as we were of age to work and start our careers. I know for me, because I jumped into the work force at such a young age I was not able to really explore my natural gifts and talents. Anything that wasn't practical took a back seat in my life. As I started to approach the age of 40 I noticed that the desire to express my talents and abilities started to outgrow my willingness to keep them locked in.
